West and Associates was founded in Windsor by Martin West on July 1, 1982. At the time, Windsor had a population of approximately 5,000 people. Windsor was a rural community whose major employer was Eastman Kodak.  Over the years, Windsor has grown to over 30,000 residents and is home to several national companies.  Martin saw a need for a reputable real estate firm in Windsor.  His knowledge gained through being in the mortgage loan business for over four years provided the knowledge and solid base in setting up the real estate office. His experience included mortgage loan origination, loan processing, and real estate appraisal.  

I have seen, and helped, Windsor grow over the years from a sleepy little bedroom community to a vibrant, thriving community.  An overall pride within the community exists in Windsor.  Our school system is second to none.  Check out our numerous recreation facilities-the parks, rec center, community pool, and trails for biking, walking, and running.
